The Motion Sensor uses Passive Infrared (PIR) technology to track motion in a designated area. The sensor is designed to fit seamlessly in the corner of the room or alongside a wall/door. When the PIR senses motion, it transmits an alarm notification to the panel.

Your motion sensor has two separate configuration options:

  1. Pet Size Pins –This can help reduce false alarms caused by pets.
    NOTE: These are NOT exact weights. The closer a pet gets to the motion detector, the more likely they will trigger an event despite their size and the pin configuration
  2. Distance Pins – Adjust the coverage distance of the motion sensor.

  • Indoor use only.
  • Pair with panel before mounting your sensor.
  • Place 6-7 feet above the ground.
  • Do not install near any heat sources to prevent false alarms.
